Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Support Assistant to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in a part-time, work-from-home role based in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Process customer orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly - Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Assist in creating and updating support documentation for customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools
