Remote Support Associate

Job Description: Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, dedicated, and possess strong persuasion and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills
