Remote Support Associate

Job description:

We are seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia. In this part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers, assisting them with any technical issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a prompt and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong attention to detail and persuasion skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours
