Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Support Associate to join our team at MR DIY Group in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor - Assist with inventory management and restocking products - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Provide support to the management team as needed - Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Leadership potential and the ability to take initiative - Must be reliable and hardworking
