Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and efficiency. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and track customer concerns. 4. Assist in maintaining customer databases and records. 5. Contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment by actively participating in team meetings and providing constructive feedback. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while striving to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote work environment. 5. Must be dedicated and committed to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Proficient in using customer support software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
