Penerangan Pekerjaan - Support Manager

UEM Sunrise Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the support team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to senior management - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners - Coordinate with IT department to implement and maintain support systems


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a support or customer service role - Confident and motivated with strong communication skills - Proven track record of people management and leadership - Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
