Remote Support Manager

Job Description: Perodua is seeking a qualified Remote Support Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate for this mid-to-senior level position will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of remote support agents to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency. 4. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our remote support services.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams and achieving key performance indicators. 5.
