Job Description:


Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a part-time Support Manager at a mid-to-senior level, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and support to our team members.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage daily operations of the support team. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the team. 3. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. 4. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Lead by example, demonstrating resilience and passion in all interactions. 8. Foster a positive and inclusive working environment.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively. 4. Emotional intelligence to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. 5. Resilient and passionate attitude towards achieving success. 6. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
