Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support operations of the company, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the support team. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 3. Monitor support metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Train, coach, and mentor support team members to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and ensuring customer retention. 7. Develop and implement support policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or related field. 3. Strong leadership and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 6. Hardworking and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 7. Innovative and skilled in negotiation to resolve customer issues effectively. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer support software.
