Job Description:
We are seeking a Support Manager to join our team at Media Prima Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and providing exceptional support services.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the support team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement processes to streamline support services and improve customer satisfaction. 3. Respond to escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. 3. Proven experience in managing a team and meeting support KPIs. 4. Strong leadership and communication skills. 5. Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 6. Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills.
