Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and driven Support Manager to work from home in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position, the candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve support processes and procedures. 3. Monitor and analyze support tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on support team performance. 6. Train and mentor support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Implement tools and technologies to streamline support operations. 8. Handle escalations and difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively. 5. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and support ticketing systems. 7. Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
