Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is looking for a Support Manager to join our team. As a Support Manager working from home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and providing excellent customer support. This part-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Managing a team of support agents and overseeing their performance - Providing support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitoring customer feedback and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures - Analyzing support metrics and generating reports for management

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Strong presentation and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup - Visa sponsorship available
