Remote Support Officer

Job Description

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and independent, possessing strong project management skills and a cooperative attitude.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to clients and customers - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software, hardware, and network systems - Document all support requests and solutions in a detailed manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems - Assist with the implementation of new software and hardware systems - Contribute to the development of best practices for remote support processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in IT or related field - 4+ years of experience in a technical support role - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with remote support tools and software - Knowledge of networking protocols and systems - Certification in relevant technologies is a plus
