Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our team at Hartalega Holdings Berhad. As a Remote Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and colleagues remotely. This part-time role is based in Kuala Lumpur, MY and is at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to clients and colleagues remotely - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient support delivery - Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions - Assist with onboarding new clients and colleagues to our remote support platform - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in remote support technology

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation skills - 2+ years of experience in a technical support role - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools
