Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated Remote Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing remote technical support to our clients and ensuring a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document all support interactions and solutions accurately - Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues as needed - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using remote support tools and software
