Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Support Officer to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. You will also be expected to assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or chat. 2. Providing troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to clients. 3. Logging and documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our system. 4. Assisting with technical implementation and onboarding of new clients. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping. 7. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Experience with CRM software is a plus. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
