Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and reliable Support Officer to work from home as part of our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to team members and customers through various communication channels. 2. Manage and prioritize incoming requests for assistance. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall support processes. 6. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong decision-making abilities to effectively solve problems. 3. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. 4. Proficiency in using basic computer programs and applications. 5. Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic. 6. Must have a stable internet connection and a suitable workspace at home.
