Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assisting employees with technical issues and troubleshooting problems - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Supporting various departments with administrative tasks as needed - Demonstrating creativity in finding solutions to complex issues - Working closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Cooperates well with others and demonstrates a high level of empathy - Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations
