Job Description:


As a Support Representative at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also assist in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing information about our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Provide product and service information to customers. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services. 8. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 9. Assist in training new support team members.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. 3. Creativity and problem-solving skills to handle various customer situations. 4. Ability to make quick and effective decisions to resolve customer issues. 5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus.
