Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Support Representative to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide first-class customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 3. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Assist with product training and onboarding for new customers. 6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 2. Demonstrated independence and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. 3. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. 4. Leadership qualities to influence and motivate team members towards achieving common goals. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
