Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Support Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers and assisting them with technical issues and inquiries.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer support strategies. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Resourceful and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 4. Emotional intelligence to empathize with customer concerns and provide personalized support. 5. Research skills to quickly find solutions to technical issues. 6. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
