Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and adaptable Support Representative to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive customer relationships - Managing and updating customer accounts and information - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed - Following company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Entry-level position, no prior experience required - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally - Strong people management skills - Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Must be adaptable and able to work under pressure - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
