Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Support Representative to join our team at YTL Corporation Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, although 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and online chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support issues, and account assistance. 3. Troubleshoot problems and provide timely and effective solutions to customers. 4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Assist in training new support team members as needed. 7. Utilize planning and critical thinking skills to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs. 6. Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
