Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Support Representative to join our team at Hartalega Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues - Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Prior experience with strategic planning and project management is a plus - Must be dedicated and driven to provide top-notch support to customers
