Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Representative will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by clients in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the system. 4. Collaborate with other teams within the company to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to clients. 6. Assist in creating and updating support documentation for internal and external use. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals through excellent service and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer support role. 2. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong project management and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
