Support Representative

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to customers via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services. 3. Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager. 7. Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. 5. Resilient and able to adapt to change. 6. Proficient in using computers and technology. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
