Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a dedicated Remote Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resilient, and possess strong analytical skills and a cooperative attitude.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with products or services. 3. Assist customers with setting up new accounts or devices. 4. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's database. 5. Collaborate with other support team members to ensure timely and effective customer service. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 4+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and techniques. 7. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
