Job Description:
Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a remote Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and issues related to our services and products. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer and respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and resolving payment issues 3. Provide technical support for online booking platforms and troubleshoot any technical issues customers may encounter 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve escalated issues 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed 6. Utilize empathy and problem-solving skills to de-escalate tense situations and provide solutions that meet customer needs 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively assist customers 8. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service excellence
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong attention to detail and organization skills 4. Resilient and motivated personality traits 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
