Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers. 3. Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues. 6. Assisting with product demonstrations and training sessions for clients. 7. Contributing to the improvement of customer support processes.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Resourceful and passionate about helping others. 3. Strong planning and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software. 6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
