Support Specialist

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing reliable and resourceful support to various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in project coordination and management - Provide administrative support to various departments - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Manage and update documentation and databases - Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems - Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years experience in a support role - Strong project management and problem-solving skills - Reliable and resourceful individual - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
