Support Specialist

Job Description:

Westports Holdings Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies. 4. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and reliable personality traits are a must. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think critically and problem solve. 4. Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role. 5. Knowledge of basic computer applications such as MS Office. 6. Innovative thinking and negotiation skills are highly desired.
