Web Chat Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team at Sunway Group as a Web Chat Assistant in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 3. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Use persuasion skills to upsell products or services when appropriate. 5. Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries or issues. 6. Assist with any other tasks or projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 3. Proven experience in customer service or related fields. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other communication tools.
