Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position at the Associate Level is perfect for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and motivated, with strong emotional intelligence and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through web chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the company - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and motivated with a positive attitude - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software
