Web Chat Assistant

As a Web Chat Assistant at MYEG Services Berhad, located in Kuala Lumpur, we are looking for a confident and passionate individual to join our team. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing customer support through web chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues - Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service - Analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements to the chat system - Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the customer service team

Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues in a timely manner - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and familiarity with customer service software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
