Web Chat Assistant

As a Web Chat Assistant at Perodua in Malacca City, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about Perodua products and services - Assist customers with online transactions and technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable to changing customer needs - Strong strategic planning skills to effectively assist customers - Ability to conduct research to provide accurate information - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
