Job Description:

Petronas is seeking a reliable and hardworking Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, assistance, and support. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. 4. Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide solutions. 5. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve. 4. Ability to conduct research and find solutions independently. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms. 6.
