Remote Web Chat Assistant

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online chat inquiries promptly and effectively 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to the website or online ordering process 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and industry trends 8. Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a customer service or online chat support role 2. Resourceful and driven individual who is able to work independently and proactively 3. Strong strategic planning skills and attention to detail 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 6. Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer relationship management software 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications
