Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our customers through online chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with questions about our products and services, including pricing, availability, and technical support - Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding, striving to provide the best possible solution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals - Experience in people management or a desire to develop this skill - Ability to show empathy and understanding in all interactions with customers - Proficient in using web chat software and other customer service tools
