Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and passionate Web Chat Associate to join our team at Top Glove Corporation Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues. 2. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and maintaining a professional attitude at all times. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services through web chat. 6. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate about customer service. 2. Excellent communication and cooperation skills. 3. Ability to demonstrate leadership and take initiative in resolving customer issues. 4. Strong computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
