Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and confident Web Chat Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat support - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Promote products and services to customers through chat - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and feedback - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Excellent communication skills - Persuasive and able to influence customer behavior - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based chat platforms
