Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions with patients and assisting with inquiries related to healthcare services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online chat inquiries from patients in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist patients with scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, and answering general inquiries. 3. Provide guidance on healthcare services offered by our company and direct patients to appropriate resources. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all chat interactions with patients. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold standards of excellence in patient care.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and passionate individual with a strong commitment to customer service. 2. Excellent critical thinking skills to effectively respond to patient inquiries. 3. Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. 4. Prior experience in people management or related field preferred. 5. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and be proficient in using online chat platforms. 6. Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates. 7.
