Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a dedicated and driven Web Chat Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level position, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and address any concerns. 2. Assist customers in navigating the website and online ordering process. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience across all platforms. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong leadership and persuasion skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms.
