We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Web Chat Associate to join our team at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Utilize effective persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers - Work independently to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Contribute to a positive working environment by aligning work with our company's greater purpose and mission

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and proficiency in written English - Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently - Persuasive skills to upsell products and services - No prior experience required, making it ideal for entry-level candidates - Must be independent and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
