Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description: Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for candidates who are hardworking and resourceful with a natural ability for persuasion and planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through web chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, troubleshooting, and other related queries. 3. Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to increase sales revenue. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance job performance.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in using web chat software and basic computer skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Must be a quick learner and adaptable to new technologies. 6. Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
