Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Perodua is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and support with inquiries related to Perodua products and services. 2. Utilize resources and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Demonstrate independence in handling multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service. 4. Exhibit leadership qualities to assist other team members and promote cooperation within the team. 5. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and independent personality traits to effectively navigate the responsibilities of the role. 2. Strong leadership skills to support and guide team members when necessary. 3. Ability to cooperate and work effectively with a team in a remote setting. 4. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally and courteously. 5. Proficient in using web chat platforms and computer software for customer support.
