Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our team at Top Glove Corporation Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems quickly - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service - Adaptability to changing tasks and responsibilities
