Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Associate to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time associate at the Associate level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers for future reference. 6. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered by the company. 7. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 7. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
