UEM Sunrise Berhad is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is part-time and allows for remote work from home, providing flexibility for individuals looking to balance work with personal commitments.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services through web chat. - Assist customers with online purchases, order tracking, and issue resolution. - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence in all interactions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses to customer inquiries. - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong computer skills and proficiency in using web chat platforms. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Resilient and resourceful attitude when faced with challenging situations. - Strong decision-making and analytical skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
