Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and independent Web Chat Manager to join our team at Padini Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all web chat operations, ensuring quality customer service and timely responses to inquiries - Train and mentor web chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to improve efficiency and effectiveness of web chat services - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of web chat with other customer service channels - Stay updated on latest trends and technologies in web chat management to continuously improve processes - Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through web chat interactions - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, finding resolutions in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field - Proven experience in web chat management with a minimum of 6 years - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and high-pressure situations - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in CRM software and web chat platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
