Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. As a part-time employee at a mid-to-senior level with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our remote web chat services to provide exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote web chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service and support. 2. Develop, implement, and optimize chat scripts and protocols to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat interactions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Analyze metrics and data to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints. 6. Train and onboard new chat agents to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in web chat support.

Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in customer service or web chat management. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions. 3. Strong persuasion skills to encourage customers to take desired actions. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Dedication to providing exceptional customer support and driving team performance.
